Willie Davis (55 years old, Oakland) was detained for fare evasion at the 19th Street Station. Davis was subsequently arrested for 148(a)(1) P.C., 241(c) PC, 11364.1 H&S, 1203.2 P.C. and two warrants with a total bail of $30,000. Davis was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Jonathan Carlisle (43 years, Oakland) was arrested for battering a police officer and medical personnel. Once cleared by hospital personnel, Carlisle will be booked into the county jail for battery and issued a prohibition order.
Victim reported the theft of his $1400 - 2013 blue Bianchi Imola men's 30 speed road bicycle frame with a red chain around the seat post. The bicycle was secured with u-locks on the front and rear wheels on 1/24/2018 at about 0500 hours. The wheels were not stolen.
A victim reported the theft of their green Fuji touring bike from the station. It was secured with a cable and U-lock on 11/9 at 0800 hours. When the victim returned at 0800 hours on 11/14, the bike was gone.
A victim reported the theft of their white Critical Cycle single speed bike from the 19th Street Station. The victim parked on 11/7/17, at 0600 hours and returned on 11/8/17, at 1700 hours. The bike was secured too a bike rack inside the station with a cable and paddle lock.
Erykah King (19 years old, Hayward) battered her boyfriend on the platform at the 19th Street Station. King was arrested for domestic battery. King was issued a Prohibition Order and booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
A victim reported that a male suspect (Unknown race, 59", thin, black hoodie) tried to grab her cell phone as their Warm Springs bound train arrived at the 19th Street Station in Oakland. As he tried to flee the train, the victim was able to grab him and struggled with him to get the phone back. The victim was able to get the phone back and the suspect fled out of the station. The victim was not injured and the suspect was not located.
Officers responded to the 19th Street BART Station regarding a male (Hanan Hazik, 23 years old, San Francisco) masturbating in the stairwell. Officers contacted Hazik, who was positively identified by one of the witnesses. Hazik was transported and booked into Glenn Dyer Jail for Indecent Exposure. Hazik was issued a citation for fare evasion and a prohibition order.
A male suspect who was reportedly causing a disturbance earlier, entered a restricted construction zone at the station. A (male) BART supervisor approached and warned the suspect, who then spit in the supervisor’s face and charged him. In response, the supervisor defended himself by striking the suspect about the mouth, and then restrained him until police arrived and took him into custody. The suspect, who was determined to be a danger to himself and others, was transported to a local hospital for medical care as he sustained a lacerated lip; after being medically cleared, he will be transported to the county’s mental health facility for psychiatric evaluation/detention. The supervisor, who was not injured, placed the suspect under citizen’s arrest for battery; the suspect was also issued a BART prohibition order. Once cleared from the psychiatric evaluation, the suspect will be booked into the county jail.
A station agent reported a male (Aymen Magaleh, 20 years, Oakland) was aggressively panhandling and violated a court order prohibiting him fro being within 200 feet of the station agent. Officers detained Magaleh and he was placed under arrest when the violation of a court order was confirmed. Magaleh was booked at the Glenn Dyer Jail.
