A male subject, Phillip LEDET (32 years old, Pinole), was taken into custody for 422 PC and a violation of his probation. LEDET was booked into Alameda County jail.
Ty Alexander Ervin (28 years old, San Francisco) was arrested for 640(c)(1) P.C., 148(a) P.C., 69 P.C. and $10,000 warrant at the 12th Street Station. Ervin was booked at the Santa Rita Jail.
Loncell Hill (48, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into Jail for public intoxication, violation of a court order, and a probation violation.
Leticia Flores (36, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for possession of narcotics, providing a false name, probation violation and an outside agency warrant.
Brent Reynolds (39, Brentwood) was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for resisting arrest and two outside agency warrants. He was also cited for fare evasion.
A male, Iran VAUGHN (56 years old, transient), was taken into custody for an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant and for violation of a court order prohibiting him from being at BART. VAUGHN was booked into Alameda County jail.
BPD officers assisted with two reported incidents of fire/smoke at the 24th and Civic Center Stations. The incidents were reported at 0508 hours and 0723 hours respectively. There was no evidence of foul play or criminal activity associated with either incident. There were no reports of injuries during either incident. BPD assisted with station closure, security, and scene management. The incidents resulted in system wide delays. 1803-1159/
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male on the platform. Officers detained the man (Daniel CARTER, 40, Emeryville) and discovered he was on probation and had a stay-away order from all BART stations. Carter was arrested and booked at Glenn Dyer Jail.
A female patron reported that an unknown male suspect who was standing on the platform, reached through an open train door and hit her on the head with a hard object. Witnesses described the suspect as a black male in dark clothing. The victim declined medical assistance. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspect in the area.
