Case: 1611-1394

Officers performed a welfare check upon a male and female (juvenile) couple who were stranded at the station after regular train service ended. During the contact, the male was found to have an outstanding “no-bail” non-violent juvenile warrant, issued by the Alameda County Juvenile Court, for his arrest; and for which he was taken into custody and booked into the county's juvenile hall. The female, who was clear of any wants, was transported to a Hayward area juvenile shelter.
