Disturbing the Peace/Violation of a Court Order/Public Intoxication

Officers responded to a report of two males smoking and attempting to start fights on a train. Officers located the men and determined that one was intoxicated in public. The second man was found to have a stay-away order from all BART stations as a condition of his probation. Both men were arrested. The intoxicated male was booked at Berkeley Jail. The other man was booked at Glenn Dyer Jail for violation of a court order.
