El Cerrito Plaza
Case: 1202-3813

A male patron/victim reported two male suspects physically hit him while on a S/B train.  The suspects off-boarded the train at the El Cerrito Plaza station and the victim stayed on the train until the next stop, North Berkeley station and reported the crime to the station agent.  The victim sustained a small cut on his left eye brow and a cut to his nose.  Medical was requested.  An officer met the victim at the North Berkeley station and a sergeant conducted an area search for the suspects at the El Cerrito Plaza station. The victim stated the suspects were bothering an unknown female on the train and he told them to stop; and that’s when the suspect’s hit him in the face with their fists.  Suspect descriptions: #1 BM, 20’s, 5-11, thin, blu shrt, blu jeans; #2 BM, 6-01, thin, gry jeans, unk, shrt.  An area search for the suspects yielded negative results.
