A patron reported by phone that their bike was stolen between 0830-1630 hours. The patron locked her dark gray Citizen folding bicycle to the racks inside the station using a U-lock through her helmet and bike frame. When she returned, the lock and helmet were still attached to the rack, but the bike was gone. The victim was unsure how the thief managed to remove the bike without disturbing the other items.
