Criminal Threats/Public Intoxication (Prohibition Order)

A male suspect approached a taxi that was 5th in line at the station and demanded a ride. The driver directed the suspect to the first cab in line and the suspect became irate. He motioned as if he had a weapon concealed under his jacket and made threats to kill the driver. The suspect then started chasing a citizen who was walking by, threatening to kill him as well. Officers saw the suspect chasing the citizen and detained the suspect. A search of the suspect revealed no weapons on his person. The suspect was ultimately booked at Glenn Dyer Jail for criminal threats and public intoxication. He was issued a prohibition order prior to booking.
