Public Intoxication/Trespassing Arrest

Case: 1701-1321

A male suspect detained by an officer for reportedly disturbing others aboard a train was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself, and placed under arrest. In addition, a records’ check revealed he was in violation of an active BART prohibition order. The suspect was then booked into the county jail for public intoxication and trespassing. No complaint was sought for the earlier reported disturbance.
