Joshua Wise (11/25/1986, Hayward) was detained for smoking inside the San Leandro Station. A records check revealed Wise had a felony $10k warrant for 3455 PC. Wise was arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for the outstanding warrant. Wise did not have valid proof of payment.
