Jasper Ford (3/13/86, San Francisco) was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility for two separate felony no bail warrants charging counts of 212.5 PC, and 422 PC. During the investigation, it was revealed that Ford fare evaded to enter/exit prior to the officers arrival and that he did not have proof of payment.
