Michael Oseroff (10/06/1986, San Francisco) was found to have an outstanding 5K warrant out of BART PD for 11364 HS and 640(c)(1) PC. He was also found to be in violation of the proof of payment ordinance. Oseroff was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for his warrant.
