Officers responded to the above station regarding a report of weapon being brandished. Frank Wetch (10/16/94, Pittsburg) was contacted, and arrested on the above charges after investigation and a field identification. A search incident to arrest also revealed narcotics. Wetch was issued a prohibition order and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility where he was booked.
