Officers contacted Michael McLaughlin (10/11/81, Oakland) for 640(c)(1) PC. A wants check revealed McLaughlin had two outstanding felony warrants for 10851 CVC. McLaughlin was arrested for the warrants and 11364 H&S. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
