With the string of car break-ins, these two "ducks" are heading deep in the criminal realm. That night, 10 cars were broken into and the scene looked chaotic and messy. California needs the "castle doctrine" where ducks like the two juveniles mentioned in the report will face adversity for their actions.

The "parent" will whip them; whip them real good for getting caught AND NOT their criminal behaviors. Parent, "Got to teach them right. Do your crimes AND DON'T get caught!! A good whippin will remind them."
