South San Francisco
Case: 1807-0301

While at the nearby BART station, BART officers were alerted to a male brandishing a handgun in San Francisco jurisdiction. Subsequently, after a brief foot-pursuit, officers arrested Reynald Fino (25 years, San Francisco) for resisting arrest and weapons-related crimes. He was transported to a local hospital as a precaution due to an accidental fall he sustained during the foot-pursuit. After being medically cleared, Fino will be booked into county jail for the listed crimes.

Reynald Fino is really Reynold Fino, not sure why the typo - other than maybe he lied about his name in order to avoid the police from realizing how many prior arrests he has. For example all the priors listed here: https://www.localcrimenews.com/welcome/detail/28829358/no but you may also recognize the name Reynold Fino from this 2015 article where he is accused of firing a gun in the Mission and it almost hitting a 4 year old. https://archives.sfexaminer.com/sanfrancisco/police-confirm-gunshots-fired-into-mission-residence-arrest-three-suspects/Content?oid=2922362 Is it shocking that Reynold Fino is still a gun-totting gangster hanging out on the streets? The 32310 PC code means he had a large capacity magazine to go along with the gun he was caught with. The good news is that Reynold Fino has learned that the punishment for having and shooting guns in San Francisco is basically nothing at all, and he knows that he'll be out of custody in no time, ready to get his hands on another gun and shoot them. Who knows, maybe it will be your 4-year old that barely escapes death this time?
