Marshawn Page may have an unregistered firearm, but given how many violent criminals fare evade to ride on BART, it could be that Marshawn Page just had it for protection against the likes of Malcom William.

Malcolm William has prior arrests for shoplifting, trespassing, probation violation, and DUI/Drugs https://www.localcrimenews.com/welcome/detail/28901766/no so it should come as no surprise that Malcom William is riding BART being a menace to other riders.
