So it wasn't posted on this site, but Andres was arrested on BART on May 3rd, and yet here we are 12 days later and he's getting busted again on BART. (https://www.localcrimenews.com/welcome/detail/30104002/no) Also, remember when Andres got busted for stealing a car, burglarizing, and robbing people in Sept 2017? (https://www.smdailyjournal.com/news/local/two-nabbed-on-theft-charges-in-hillsborough/article_d7d22ebc-90f0-11e7-9444-6bf43f2c0fcc.html). Andres will be back out of jail and on BART riding right next to you, ready to rob you the second he has the opportunity.

Welcome to Govenor Jerry Brown's California! Lax drug policies leading to increased drug use and repeat violations by the poor drug addicted folk who have to steal from people and business to support their habits. Meanwhile San Francisco city officials encourage drug use by providing free syringes and other drug paraphernalia for the addicted law breaker's comfort and enjoyment meanwhile punishing law abiding citizens with the disgusting mess of used needles. Where am I living right now?

Andres was just getting his life back together when he was caught doing drugs on the train while on probation.

San Francisco has/will provide junkies with 5 star accommodations to shoot up. Maybe all them junkies will ride FREE BART to SF to inject.

Reckon I'd prefer taking my chances sitting next to Andres instead of you. Go find a place to unwind.
