Jonathan Carlisle (43 years, Oakland) was arrested for battering a police officer and medical personnel. Once cleared by hospital personnel, Carlisle will be booked into the county jail for battery and issued a prohibition order.

I see now why cops shoot first and ask questions later. Dude is a punk and they should have shot his ass. One less dickhead would be on BART.

Mr. Carlisle was exercising his right to be free from encumbrance by the government. When the police, i.e. government placed their hands on Mr. Carlisle, they violated his civil rights. I recommend that Mr. Carlisle contact Mr. John Burris for a referral to one of Mr. Burris's associates so that the government will keep their hands off of Mr. Carlisle, who was minding his own business.
