Criminal Threats

The on-duty station agent became involved in a dispute with a suspect who became belligerent.  The suspect, described as a black male in his 60's, 5'7" tall, wearing a multi-colored sweater and a light colored jacket, pointed his fingers at the agent to simulate a handgun and then told the agent he was going to go home to get his gun and come back and shoot the agent.  Responding officers detained a man matching the description near the station.  The agent made a positive identification of the man.  Based on the agent's statements, the man was arrested for making criminal threats.  He was booked at Berkeley Jail.  OCC was notified.
