A male and female, in the company of their three year old child, became involved in an argument as they got off a train. The argument became a physical confrontation. Responding officers detained both parties. There were no injuries. Witness statements and video evidence showed that the female was the aggressor in this incident and that the male avoided a physical confrontation as far as possible. The female was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. She began making statements that qualified her for psychiatric evaluation, so she was transported to the hospital for evaluation and medical clearance prior to booking. The male took custody of the child and was released. Child Protective Services was notified.
