Kidnapping/Sexual Battery (Cold Report)

A female subject called the ISRC reporting that her cousin texted her, stating that she needed help. The female subject spoke to the reporting officer who was then able to locate and speak to the victim who was now at her residence. The female victim reported that at around 0900 hours, she was at the South Hayward Station when she was approached by 2 subjects in a vehicle who asked her if she knew where to buy marijuana. The victim stated that one of the suspects then proceeded to force her into their vehicle and then drove to a parking lot in Hayward. The victim stated they parked in a parking lot but was unsure exactly where it was located. The victim alleged that one of the suspects tried to sexually batter her. The victim stated she was able to escape from the vehicle and eventually make it home. The victim only described both subjects as Hispanic males, one of whom was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. Station video was requested through the Communications Department and the surrounding areas were also checked for video surveillance. The on-call detective was also advised of the incident.
