Case: 1705-0227

A customer used the BART Watch application to report a man who was yelling in an aggressive manner and coming very close to the trackway while on the platform at Pleasant Hill. Several other customers called in to report the male was acting erratic and may possibly be under the influence of drugs or alcohol after the subject boarded a train. Officers intercepted the train at Orinda Station and contacted the male subject. The officers determined the male was under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. The male was found to have outstanding warrants, as well as a stay away order from BART. The male was booked into Contra Costa County jail for all his violations.
