16th St. Mission
Case: 1306-3734

Officers were dispatched to a report of a dispute between a  BART system-service worker and a BART foreworker.  Upon arrival, the officers spoke to the involved employees.  The system-service worker said that, at approximately 1710 hrs., the foreworker poked him in the chest, 3-4 times, with two extended fingers.  This occurred during an argument in room 101, with no witnesses present.  The foreworker denied having touched the system-service worker.  The system-service worker said that he was not injured, but wants the foreworker prosecuted for battery.  An officer told both parties that he would prepare a police report and forward it to the distict-attorney’s office for review.  A sergeant informed a BART manager of the situation.  The manager  responded to the scene and met with both employees.
