Witnesses reported seeing a man being beaten on the access road adjacent to Deer Hill Road. Officers responded and determined that the adult male victim had arrived at the station in a vehicle with three black male suspects. One of the suspects began punching the victim through the car window. He then dragged the victim out of the car and one or two of the suspects punched and kicked the victim in the head several times. The victim was left at the scene with significant, but not life-threatening injuries to his face and head. The suspects fled in a light colored (silver, tan or white) sedan, possibly a Mercedes Benz or Audi. The victim was transported to John Muir Hospital for treatment. The suspects were known to the victim, but the victim was not cooperative with officers and refused to provide more information. The investigation is ongoing.
