Blocking Free Movement/Trespassing/Resisting Arrest

The station agent reported that a male suspect was blocking the fare gates, preventing other patrons from entering/exiting. The suspect was described as a black male in his 50's, wearing a black jacket, a black, purple and gray scarf, and black pants, carrying crutches. The man refused to leave even after being told by the agent that he could ride for free. Responding officers located the man, who resisted being detained. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle and he was ultimately booked at the Berkeley Jail for blocking free movement, resisting arrest and trespassing.
