Montgomery St.
Case: 1310-1984

Two males and a female boarded a Pittsburg bound train at Powell Street.  The males began arguing over the female and a fight broke out.  The train pulled into the Montgomery station and a bystander reported one of the males were armed with a knife.  All involved individuals know each other.  Officers arrived on scene and quickly determined a knife was not involved.   One of the males (aggressor) was intoxicated and unable to care for himself.  The victim did not press charges against the other male.  All parties were identified and the intoxicated male was booked for public intoxication at the San Francisco City Jail.  A sergeant approved the arrest.  No one was injured in the fight.
