Officers were dispatched to a report of a male subject who brandished a knife at another male patron while on a SF bound train. It was reported that the argument started over a seat on the train. Trains were held out as the first officer arrived and detained the suspect in question. Trains continued to hold until additional officers were able to arrive and check the incident train car for additional witnesses and/or victims. A wants check revealed that the subject had a felony no bail warrant charging burglary issued from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. The suspect was found to be in possession of a nail clipper, but no knife was found. The victim in this case ultimately did not want to press charges.
