Public Intoxication/Interfering with a Railroad/Resisting Arrest

Officers responded to an out of service Pittsburg bound train for an intoxicated male who was refusing to off board the train. The male threatened officers and resisted them when they attempted to place him in handcuffs. The officers used force to place the male in handcuffs and under arrest. A sergeant responded to conduct a use of force investigation. The male was booked for public intoxication, resisting arrest and interfering with a Railroad.
