Interfere with Railroad Operations / Probation Violation / Public Intoxication

Officers responded to a report from a train operator of a person who had entered the restricted trackway at the station. The train operator was able to stop the train prior to striking the person, but the suspect continued to obstruct the safe operation of the railroad. Officers detained the suspect and determined that they appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The suspect was arrested for interfering with the operation of a railroad, a violation of the conditions of probation and for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
