Violation of Stay Away Order/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

While performing a security check at the Montgomery Station, a community service officer saw a known transient lodging. A warrant check was performed and it revealed that the subject had an active stay away order for an employee who was working at the station. Officers responded to the scene and arrested the subject for violating the stay away order. A search incident to arrest revealed that the subject was in possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe). The subject was booked at the San Francisco County Jail for the violations without incident.
