Case: 1412-4149

A patron reported via cell phone application that a person on the Daly City bound train was acting strangely. The man was talking loudly to himself and acting as if he was mentally unstable or under the influence of narcotics. The man was described as a white male, about 35 years old, wearing a gray shirt and carrying a large toy stuffed dog. The man mumbled something to the effect that there was a bomb inside his toy dog. The reporting party exited the train at Embarcadero Station. Officers intercepted the train at Balboa Park Station, but the man was not on the train. Patrons reported that he got off the train at either Montgomery or Powell Street Station. Officers checked both stations, but did not locate the man. TSOC notified.
