Case: 1511-2550

Officers were dispatched to a fight on a train at the station. The train was held until officers contacted all parties involved and determined that one of the males had started the fight with other patrons on the train. The male suspect was determined to be in need of psychiatric evaluation. He also was found to have a $40,000 warrant for disturbing the peace. No one wished to pursue a complaint for battery, so the male was transported for a psychiatric evaluation with a criminal hold for the warrant. He will be booked for the warrant after he is evaluated and released.
