Bay Fair
Case: 1305-4238

An adult female went to the Alameda County Sheriff's Eden Township Station to report that she was the victim of a robbery at the Bay Fair Station about one hour earlier.  Responding officers contacted the female and she told them that she was robbed of cash and property in the parking lot of the station by two black males who simulated a handgun: 1) 22-28 years, 5'11" tall, 240 pounds, wearing sunglasses, a black sweater, black beanie cap and dark jeans; 2) 18-25 years old, 6' tall, 180 pounds, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, with a scarf covering his face.  The victim was not injured and had no ready explanation for her delay in reporting the crime or for why she did not go into the station to seek assistance.  The victim seemed primarily interested in obtaining a ride to Stockton.  The investigating officer believed that the victim's report was likely fabricated, in whole or in part.
