Officers were flagged down regarding a male, Robert Silva (5/15/88, Mountain View) who fare evaded, and was in possession of a weapon. It was reported that Silva was acting strange. Officers attempted to contact Silva, however he fled from the platform and was apprehended in front of the station. Silva did not have proof of payment. He was arrested for the above charge.
Officers responded to the Richmond Station for a report of a person underneath a train. The person was determined to be deceased and the Coroner was summoned. There appears to be no foul play or criminal activity. At this time the subject’s identity is unknown.
Officers were dispatched to the 12th Street station on a report of an unconscious male on board a BES bound train who was bleeding from his nose and had shallow breathing. Two doses of NARCAN were administered as it appeared the male was suffering from a drug overdose. The male remained in and out of unconsciousness and was transported to the hospital.
Armando Rivas (8/10/92, Hayward) was contacted on the platform of the Lake Merritt Station after causing a disturbance. Rivas did not have valid BART fare. Rivas was arrested for the above listed offence and booked at the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail.
