Darren Jones (1/2/85, Walnut Creek) was arrested for 459 P.C. at the North Concord Station. Jones was booked at the Martinez detention Facility.
Haile Tillery (32, San Francisco) was arrested for commercial burglary, and Brian K. Martin (38, San Francisco) was arrested for commercial burglary and outside agency warrants at the San Francisco Transition Structure.
Byron Edwards (27 years old, Concord) was observed cutting the lock off of a bicycle inside of the Concord Station. Edwards, who is on probation, was detained and arrested for burglary, possession of burglary tools and a probation violation. Edwards was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
A Cafe Express employee reported a burglary of the business, which is located on the property of the Dublin/ Pleasanton Station. The burglary occurred between 1930 hours on 9/15/17 and 1000 hours on 9/16/17. Entry was made via a window which was broken. The loss was 6-8 beverages.
Construction staff reported the theft of tools and equipment from the construction site at the Hayward Maintenance Complex. Sometime between 1/18/17 at 17:00 and 1/19/17 at 06:00 an unknown suspect pushed over a construction fence and entered the area to remove tools and equipment. The scene was processed for evidence and CCTV footage is being sought.
The owner of the Cafe Express store reported that a suspect pried open the metal gate over the window and gained entry to the store sometime between 1630 hours on 8/15 and 0800 hours today. Once the suspect made entry, he/she took $200 in cash from the cash register. There is no video in the store, but station video is being requested. The area was processed for evidence as well.
Sometime during the weekend, an unknown suspect pushed open and door and tore a chunk of wall away to gain access to a lock box. Various power tools that were being stored by contractors within the container were stolen. No suspect information was noted. An officer took the report and requested video.
