Officers responded to the station regarding two intoxicated males, who broke the station agent’s car window. The males identified as Ricky Franklin (12/31/58, Merced) and Ricky Franklin (12/26/89, S.F.). Both parties were arrested and booked into the Santa Rita Jail for Public Intoxication. Franklin (S.F.) was also booked on vandalism.
