Officers responded to the El Cerrito Plaza station regarding a report of a male who threatened another patron with a weapon. Upon the officers arrival they located Raul Lopez (09/21/88, Richmond). Lopez was arrested, the weapon was recovered and the victim's property was retrieved. Lopez was issued a prohibition order and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
