Benjamin Cohn (05/04/90, San Francisco) was contacted after being involved in a vehicle collision at the station. Cohn appeared to be under the influence and in possession of nitrous oxide chargers. Cohn was arrested and booked at Santa Rita Jail on the the above listed charges.
