Berkeley Station (Richmond Bound Train) - 2109-1684

An officer responded to the station for a subject possibly overdosed on a train. The subject was unresponsive. The officer administered two doses of NARCAN. The subject became responsive and was taken to Alta Bates hospital for further evaluation.

Officers contact Michael CORTEZ Jr. (6/4/1979, Union City) for fare evasion. A records/warrant check revealed CORTEZ Jr. has an outstanding felony arrest warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officers found CORTEZ Jr. to be in possession of possible narcotics. CORTEZ Jr. was booked into Alameda County jail on his outstanding warrant, as well as the new on-view charges. 2109-1629 L15.

Antioch Station (Prohibition Order Issued) -

Nicolas CEREZO (7/10/2000, Concord) was taken into custody after fare evading into the station and punching the on-duty station agent in the chest. CEREZO was issued a prohibition order and booked into Contra Costa County jail in Martinez. 2109-1633 L15.
